Christmas time Special:
Individual & double furnished rooms available in the center of Madrid for short term stays.
December & January.
- Furnished flat at Paseo del Prado, 46 (Metro: Atocha).
* One Double Room: 130 euros a week and then 18 euros per night.
* Seven Individual Rooms: 100 euros a week and then 13,50 euros per night.
- Furnished flat at San Agustin, 17 (Metro: Anton Martin).
* Hotel Style Double Room: 130 euros a week and then 18 euros per night.
* Dorm Style Room (Bunked Beds): 100 euros a week for individual use and then 13,50 euros per night.

Good luck renting the rooms Rocco.

I have personally seen the apt. on San Agust�n and it is pretty nice for that price, especially short-term which is not always easy to find Cool
