Hi alw, thanks for the room offer. A few questions for possible interested peeps: � What are the shared bills (comunidad?, water?, gas?, electricity?) if any and how much does each roomie end up paying above and beyond the �310 rent per month on shared bills? � What is the phone and/or internet situation in the house? (is there a line for making and receiving calls, ADSL internet, etc...). Please answer these few questions here. If you do not come back to this thread within a few days I will have to assume the room is rented and delete it Saludos, jer...
