Hello everyone,

I moved from La Latina and now my room is available. It's right on the Plaza de la Paja, and the room is quite big. It is an exterior and has a great view of the gardens on the Plaza de la Paja. There's tons of closet and shelf space. The price is 400€ and that includes everything, except Internet. The Plaza can be quite noisy at times, but La Latina is a great place for going out and there are some good restaurants there. You will be living with Shane and his boyfriend. just so you know.

There is a big living room and a huge kitchen. There are two bathrooms, and of course, the smaller of the two would be yours. As far as buses are concerened, the 17, 18 and 35 all pass by the La Latina metro stop. The 31, 50 and 65 have a stop on Calle Segovia, right next to the Plaza de la Paja. Also bus 60 stops at the La Latina metro.

The only supermarket in the hood is a MAXI DIA, and if you want variety, there is a LIDL in Tirso de Molina, which is about a 10 - 12 minute walk away from the La Latina metro stop.

You are within walking distance to El Rastro, The Royal Palace, The Almudena, The Sabatini Gardens, as well as the gardens behind the Royal Palace.

If you are interested, call Shane at 618 093 853 or email him at shane dot hall at mac dot com and let him know that you are interested.

Please do not contact me or ask me any questions. Contact Shane directly.

Suerte,

Shawn

Jer,

Thanks for the correction. I knew you would step in some sort of way, hehe.

I am now living in Puerta del Ángel and it's OK. It'll do for right now.

Saludos,

Shawn
