Hola hiALL, thanks for the room offer, can you tell us more here? How big is the room? Is it exterior or interior? HOW MUCH are you asking per month in � (Euros).

* Calle Conde Duque 13
* Exterior room
* 5 minutes walking?
* 3.60 x 2.80 = 10.08 square meter
* � 390 including all expenses (light, gas & water)
* Two students are already living and we are looking for one more.

Yes it's a good building and very well connected ....
