The room is really comfy, with new IKEA furniture, and it`s pretty much warm in the winter time. The Flat has a Spacious sunny Placard with large TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equiped, plus electric cooking oven. Shared Neat bathroom with an interior window. We have a friendly cleaning lady that comes once a week (payment incluided in the housing bill).

It`s a student`s Barrio, with lot`s of tipical bars and restaurants near the Building. There`s a supermarket, DVD rental and a VIPS practically around the corner. Gas natural (direct gas, no worries with the bombonas of gas, nor running out of Hot water in a chilly night...)
