I�m moving out my flat just before xmas (23rd) and need someone to fill it. The rent is paid till the end of the year. It�s in Manuel Bacerra which is nice barrio. The flat is pretty big for Madrid standards, 2 bathrooms and loads of light. The room is big as well, it�s got balcony for summer nights and costs 285 a month without bills.
Only one thing, we pay rent every three months (next one is due start of December) As I will have paid this you need to pay me 2 mnths rent (Jan and Feb) and then deposit. A bit rough but it�s worth it has the flat is well comfy and a bargin really. If your interested and want more info call Dan (me) on 667879378 or 917268442

Hey Dan, thanks for the offer, sounds nice.

A few questions I always ask for possible interested peeps on the board:

� What are the shared bills (comunidad?, water?, gas?, electricity?) if any and how much does each roomie end up paying above and beyond the �285 rent per month on shared bills?

� What is the phone and/or internet situation in the house? (is there a line for making and receiving calls, ADSL internet, etc...).

Please answer these few questions here. If you do not come back to this thread within a few days I will have to assume the room is rented and delete it Frowner

The flat as a fixed phone line but no internet connection. As for bills, I�d say add another 20 euros on each month to cover absolutley everthing, water, gas, communidad etc. While I�m here, the room available in the flat might change which means it�ll only be 240 a month but obviously the room is smaller. Also as they�ve just swithched on the central heating and we�ve given it a test run I can say the flat is damn cosy and will be in the Madrid winter.
