Have a look! Nice job, Gerry. I've seen a picture of the chefs who more or less created the "New Basque Cuisine", but I only recognize Arzak, Irizar, Berasatequi(or maybe not; he's kind of young...) and Argui�ano in the photo. Can you provide a list of the rest of them?
