Hello again, need help!!! I was in Madrid last November, my friend took me to this reastaurante called "la Catedral de Madrid" very close to Sol, I believe the street name is "carreras de san Jeronimo" well, I tried a stew type dish called Judiones de la granja, I went as far as to buying the beans at "el corte ingles" right before coming back home...well my problem is this I don't know how to prepare it!!!!
can somebody help me with the recipe pleaseeee!!!! I'm going back in september and believe me when I said that's my first stop right after getting off the plane!!!!
