hi llewilli. i asked ena and she said it is called "pasta quebrada" or "masa quebrada". you could use "hojaldre" as well but the "pasta quebrada" will give you much better results. she should know since she is a wonderful cook  you may need to go to "el corte inglés" as they do not sell it everywhere". let us know where you find it (if you do). saludos, jer...

llewilli, sweet potatoes are common here. they are called "batatas". just ask at a veggie stand in a decent market. saludos, jer...
