Ok, I know the Mad Cow problems are behind us for the most part (either that or the govt. is covering it all up agian ) but an English friend of mine came to lunch on Sunday and would not eat the ground beef in the eggplant dish that ena made (which was awesome) since he is still afraid to try beef.
It all reminded me of a very old thread on this board entitled "Raw beef".
I just had to put this up again, it is too much!
