Hey, Jer, where can I get a copy of the great poster with the multitude of bread shapes and kinds? I could also use some recipes for the bread itself, not just recipes using bread----although Richard would probably remind me that the wheat, and hence the flour, is all different over there!
One of my favorites USING bread is and will always be "sopa de ajo": minimalist ingredients with maximum clout. I'd bet it's more curative than chicken soup, too.
Pack light, sleep cheap, eat well.

Hey Jer... thanks for the lead on the bread page. Very informative and nicely designed. However the pages about "panes de Espa�a" and tipos de pan could sure use a zoom option!! Couldn't find any place to suggest that to them.
And, yes, Sue, bread being a flour product depends heavily on the flour used!!!
