Hola gente,

I'll be in Madrid next Monday. Any recommendations of good/inexpensive/authentic places to eat around Puerta del Sol?

I saw the thread about restaurant Puerto Rico and would definetely check it out. BTW, I AM from Puerto Rico, but it sounds like they serve Spanish not Puerto Rican food there - right?

Also, if you look at the food forum at www.multimadrid.com/cgi-bin/jersbbucgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=5 you will see that there are already loads of recomendations on places to eat in the center of Madrid.
