Can anyone tell me if the chair lift is working this time of year (ie, November)? My last time walking to the battle fields it was shut down, and about all I could get out of a person working there was that it no longer runs all the time....just on a certain schedule apparently known only to him and the Chair Lift Gods.
That's all I got out of him, and repeated calls to the CLGs went unanswered.
The thought of running the gauntlet of "The Women of CDC" again is more than I can tolerate, so the lift would really be helpful.

I'd think the Casa del Campo chair lift would be really nice when the chestnut and other trees are changing color. Many of our local ski resorts, like Ski Santa Fe open some chair lifts during autumn. Maybe they do the same in Spain.
