Anyone know how to file a denuncio for a repairman who does half a job and walks off with your money? Ages ago, Jer wrote:
" A "denuncia" is a report that you file with the consumer organizations here and they supposedly help you to get your $$ back or to make sure those things do not happen to you or others in the future."
Please tell us what/who are these consumer groups, and how guiris can get hold of them!

if so, that was a major mistake! i know hindsight is 20/20 but i am confused as i hace never had to pay a repairman or company up front for a job. perhaps things are different out there in the "extreme hard"
there are a TON of consumer orgs out there but i am afraid you cannot plead guiri on this one, you will have to do it the spanish way.
No, we didn´t pay them all up front, just bit by bit. Still, the job is unfinished. We still have a good chunk of the money, but we haven´t seen them in a week.
