I thought it was an interesting topic, and important too. Is there a place for routine female checkups, HIV/STD tests (for men too), and general information regarding women's health here in Madrid?
Let us all be safe and sane in Spain!
Cheers,
Jill

I think that the "Seguridad Social" (the Spanish National Health Service) provides these services for E.U. nationals. For non-E.U. nationals, read the info. -in Spanish- in this link: Centros de Planificacin Familiar Althought the info. is mainly aimed to teenagers and young people, I think that this service is for everybody living in Madrid (the province-not only the city).

I've got a bit of information but it's incomplete . I donate blood in a donation center in Juan Montalvo Street (Guzman el Bueno Metro station). In this centre they have information papers about AIDS and where can you go to make the tests freely. I'm sorry but now I can't remember where are those centers
