Sounds like a sweet itinerary in Spain ya got planned there
For short trips like Madrid-->Toledo, the local short distance Renfe trains are great (see
http://www.renfe.es/ingles for "Timetables & Prices" in English) and of course the
AVE super train from Madrid to Sevilla is awesome (but a bit expensive if ya ask me). Take the AVE if you are in a hurry but keep in mid it costs about 5 times what a bus does from Madrid to Sevilla.
On the other trajectories, take the bus since the rail tracks in Spain are poorly laid out to say the least

The bus is cheaper and usually faster than the train in Spain.
