Hola Espe3 and Jer,

Espe3,
Hope you have a great trip! Beats going thru Orlando, my last flight was 13 hours! Ouch.
Yes, we must meet after you get back, are there nice Spanish restaurants in Jacksonville? E-mail me when you get back and we'll get together cmartin50@hotmail.com.

About Palatka, yes there are no Spanish restaurants here, sadly!
But, our Publix store has brougt in Navidul Serrano Ham and Queso Manchego, and Sidra! Big Grin Red Face so things are not to bad over here!

Jeremy,
Next December we will have to all get together! Hopefully Espe3 will be there, I do so want to meet everyone from this Board! Wink

Saludos,
Carmen

Hi all, what a great thread. I signed up with Travelocity's fare watcher for New Orleans to Madrid below $400. I got an email this week for a $378 RT on US Airways. Here is the link below (though I have it set up for New Orleans). Of course the email came after I already paid $465 for my ticket through priceline!

Hi Jer and company,
I'm looking at Iberia's website and will probably be in Madrid (because the prices are great!) at the end of March. Need anything from the States, Jer?

My paper has the same offer: RT flights from Philadelphia to Madrid for $398. (as well as flights to the Carribbean for even less!)
Don't despair, Booklady, they'll have the offer again, they always do.

Well, I got my ticket for $522.00 which is a deal for Richmond, Virginia. Although the website says it has deals from Richmond to Madrid, it never does and the price creeps up slowly. Either way, I am off to Madrid in March.

I'm going to be in Madrid the first week of March and the ticket total was $401 (including tax and fees) on Air Canada coming from Houston, Texas. The deal was advertised off www.travelzoo.com as part of a bunch of cheap deals they found for Europe.

Quite excited! Big Grin
