What information are you looking for? The name of the bus line that does several daily runs from Guadarrama to Madrid is called Larrea. There are 5 runs daily on the weekdays and two runs daily on the weekends.
The bus leaves from in front of the bus station itself (Calle Alfonso Senr, 25 tel. 91 854 0833) and the tickets cost about 3. You are taken to the intercambiador de transportes de Moncloa. From there you can get the metro or any number of urban buses to move around the city.
I have a schedule, although not recent. Your best bet is once you are situated in Guadarrama, going to the bus station to pick up a new schedule.
For a timeble of a bus that runs between Guadarrama and Madrid, ou can go to the Inter-urban buses page of the ctm-madrid.es website. Enter 682 and click the "Daytime" button. Then, click the "Line Timetables" link. (note: it says 1 September - 31 Julio, so I am not sure of the August schedule).
Times with a -v only go from Madrid to Villalba and from Villalba to Madrid, so you don't want those.
