hey LisaAnn, that's an easy one. some stations have very wide turnstyle entrances that you can just wheel through and ALL staions have a very wide gate at either the left or right side of the the turnstyles that you can go through with the stroller as long as you pass your ticket through a tstyle first. sometimes the gates can be opened with no help but other times you need to ask the employee at the ticket booth or a security guard to buzz the gst open. ena (my wife) and i have an almost 1 year old and the biggest problem for her when she is alone is that VERY FEW of the metro stations have elevators and not all have escalators. and many of the stations with elevators don't go all the way up to street level. so, my wife ends up taking the bus most often when she goes out alone with lync (our son). that should not be an issue for you since your 3 year old can walk. saludos, jer...

ok, let me clarify. by turnstyle, i meant the glass doors that slide open at some of the newer stations and not the metal bars that revolve which would be impossible to push a stroller through. whenever we are at a station with the new glass doors, i just put my ticket in and pass through with the stroller and lync in it. of course most stations don't have the new glass door system so yes, you need to go through the metal gate. saludos, jer...
