hey Tanya. auto res used to have a lot of buses that left from conde de casal but they also have departures from estación sur. i believe for valencia they leave from estación sur. if you go to the auto res website ( http://www.auto-res.net ), choose your language and click on "Bus Stations", the only 2 in madrid that they list are "el escorial" and "sur" (estación sur) so you will probably leave from estación sur. HOWEVER, you should probably call auto res (see below) and as for sure if you do not want to miss your bus. auto res: 902 02 0052 estación sur: 91 468 42 00 conde de casal: 902 020 999 happy trails! saludos, jer...

Thanks Jer! When I printed out my ticket I finally noticed in small print that it leaves from Estacion Sur. Since I live three stations from there and one from Conde de Casal, if it turns out badly, I should have enough time to get around. Thanks! Tanya

Yes, you ARE leaving from Estación Sur de Autobuses (Méndez Álvaro). I leave for Valencia tomorrow from the same bus station. Cheers, Shawn
