not sure but if it is anything like madrid, most hotels will not have shuttles to them.
here in madrid, a few hotels have private shuttles and some others share a shuttle between a group of them.
everyone else uses
www.aerocity.com for madrid (awesome service but don't think barcelona has one that good).
for barcelona, you should ask the hotel you are interested in if they have a shuttle. if not, you can travel into town via train, bus or taxi.
SHUTTLE: never used it myself but see
www.shuttledirect.com .
BUS: the a1 bus service takes you from the airport to plaza de catalu�a in about 45 minutes and passes by (stops at) plaza de espa�a first. it costs about 3.50 euros.
TRAIN: cercan�as train line 1 will take you from the aiport to the centre of barcelona in about 15 minutes to sants station. cost is about 2.30 euros.
