The bus to Valladolid stops (not unsurprisingly) at the bus station. There are buses that go to the airport (for 3 Euros), but you will probably find that they're not regular enough for you to be in time for your plane. The taxi to the airport normally costs around 18 Euros and takes 10-15 minutes. If you do find there is a convenient bus to the airport, make sure to buy your ticket from the relevant counter before getting on the bus. Given the timings you have stated, you should be in plenty of time to check in and catch your flight. Valladolid is not a busy airport.

My boyfriend is coming to Madrid and leaving on Monday from Valladolid's airport to Stansted. He is going to take the Alsa bus and what you can do is confirm from Alsa's website ( www.alsa.es) the service it has on that certain day. It tells you the different timetables and everything and it directly leaves you at the airport.
