Where are you intending to fly from, is it the same place you flew into? And where are you now as your location says you are in Madrid. Sorry to be rude, but I cannot believe you do not know who you flew with!!!!!!

Hey Rebecca... I think viajar was pink for a bit to, but they are viajar.com and not .es, the other ones I know that you could have bought the ticket from are rumbo.es, and edreams.es, but not very pink at all...
I hate quotations. Tell me what you know.

hey Fab. i thought of viajar as well but they have not had the pink look for about a year now so that and the fact that it was a .com kept me from posting it. just a suggestion, but did you check in any luggage on your original trip? If yes, check your luggage for the destination tag. Hopefully you still have and it will give you the original flight numnber which BA may be able to use to track your flight. Also, try contacting your credit card company with your info. They may be able to track down the original charge which might have your info. Good luck, Irene

Have you got information of the outbound flight you actually took with BA? They could perhaps be able to trace you from there? Also how many BA flights are there from wherever you are travelling, on those two dates? Shouldn't be too many?
