Hi Jo-Anne, when I was in Santander years back I was backpacking and did not do the bike thing but I do know that at www.cibermedios.com/guia_cantabria/tiendas.htm they have a list of sports (deportes) stores in Santander and if you want to narrow it down, try "Bicicletas Trueba". It is the only one on the list that actually mentions the word "Bicicletas" (Bicycles), the rest seem to be general sporting goods stores although I can not be positive. One more thing, don't they have bicycle stores in the U.K.?, jejeje!  Saludos, jer...
