I guess this is an international phenom but just wanted to know if anyone has had experiences with this.
A few weeks ago I was delivering a phone to a client at the airport in Madrid and I met him at his car rental counter. He began to fill out the papers to get his car when he was told in broken English that his BMW had turned into an Opel Vectra

(and it was still well before midnight

).
Ok, he had been "promised" a BMW but when he arrived at the pick-up point, he had to acccept the Vectra since it was in the same class according to the rental car company (Avis in this case).

OPEL VECTRABoth are German but one is a 70,000 vehicle and the other does not hit 30,000.
Is it just me or does it seem that these 2 cars are not in the same class
no me des gato por liebre!
