Hello.

Take a look at this website: Findig Routes

You can find the best route to go from one spot in any city to another spot. I've try it and it seems very good.

Hey totx, looks cool at first glance, will have ot investigate more.

Very cool their WAP application HERE Cool

Saludos,
jer...

p.d. I changed the name of this thread from "The best router I've seen" to "The best route calculator I've seen" since "router" in English is used mostly for the router of a network (computers) and can be misleading. Hope ya don't mind Smiler

That is a very good programme. Unfortunately it does not work so well in UK because my Home Town is not listed even though it is quite large. However it must be excellent for Spain and France. The Spanish Towns are well documented.

For an alternative, which is fairly detailed and good for a long route try the Michelin one. See if the route is the same !

Dude totx! That link seriously rocks! Thanks for sharing it!! Smiler It even has a good map and representation of Villaviciosa, which is hard to find. I'm going to use it a lot. Thanks for the suggestion.

Note to jer...for future barbecues and get togethers, that's going to be our 'navigational tool' of choice. It includes exact distances, time on each road, Exact names of highways and streets. Very, very well done.

The only thing better than your directions Chica was Chico's cooking... Wink Yeah, actually I am pretty anal about directions.

BTW, I used this site yesterday to go from Villa to Majadahonda with 'la jefa' and it's acuracy was incredible. The distances are accurate +/- 300 meters. Pretty darn good in my opinion! Cool

A router is also a carpentry tool---but hey, mappy gets very high marks from whoever compared the online maps and directions sites(an article I read online recently)

I am a map nut, use these things to find my way constantly!
