Hi I usually do it with my travel agent, the cost is 1.5-1.85 $ per day. I would suggest you try any travel agency. BTW my credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express give free basic travel insurance for 55 days.
Good luck Nava

Does she have private health insurance? When we flew to the States in December we checked with our insurance company (Adeslas) and they confirmed that we would have limited coverage while in the States. We had to provide them with the travel dates and location.
Turned out to be a good thing as we had to take the little guy to the ER Christmas night for a high fever. As any good American knows, just the ER visit alone would have cost us over $700. Then we also got billed $300 for the doctor's services. Everything was picked up by our health insurance.
Found out two things. One since Chris is traveling for business (with a few days of personal added on) the company is responsible for providing insurance, she simply needs to get a form signed off saying that she is authorized to travel and then they will cover anything arising from the trip, including terrorists blowing up parking garages. Had our car been parked there and she was on company business they would have been responsible for replacing the car. (would have saved me the hassle of switching the plates over. Not funny I know)
As well our health care provides limited emergency coverage upto 10.000 euros. Which would be enough to cover a broken leg or sprained ankle at Universal Studios park.
A bill for a 1000 dollars would basically cover our health care for the year. You have to admit we are spoiled with healthcare over here the most you might get is a small bill for a prescription drug.
