Hey dakang, welcome to the group
If you ride your bike in from the Netherlands you will not be charged tax on it at the border or anything like that. If you are here for any long period of time however, you will want to "matricular" (register) your bike here with the "Jefatura Provincial de Trafico" and get Spanish plates and that carries a tax called "impuesto de circulacin" and applies to all motor vehicles on the road. The tax is a yearly fee. The tax varies depending on where in Spain you register it but
For cars, here are some samples for this year:
 Melilla = 18.75 euros.
 Madrid = 50.95 euros.
 Barcelona = 68.15 euros.
For a 600cc bike, the tax fees this year are as follow:
 Melilla = 16.66 euros.
 Madrid = 42.85 euros.
 Barcelona = 60.58 euros.
So you see, it can vary widely dependingon where you decide to register it. For bikes, price goes up with CCs (engine size).
FYI: the huge difference between Melilla and Madrid & Barcelona is the fact that the taxes in Melilla, Ceuta and the Canary Islands are much lower than the rest of Spain. For example, normal sales tax there is 4% compared to the 16% on the mainland.
If you go to Barcelona and pay attention to the streets you will see why it is the most expensive place to have a bike on the road. THERE ARE SOOOOO MANY OF THEM! The city is also much more Motorcycle and Scooter friendly than many other cities in Spain with loads more parking spots for bikes than average.
