Hi, Linda, I just ran this through MapBlast online, and they estimate it at about 6 1/2 hours for 403 miles or so of travel, passing through Lleida, Zaragoza and Pamplona en route. http://www.mapblast.com go to "directions" and they give you a turn-by-turn route. I've no doubt there are lots of places to break up the journey, stop for lunch, etc.
Pack light, sleep cheap, eat well.
